You will have documented responsibility for planning, coordinating, and/or leading operations in IT-based testing and migration environments. The role involves both operational and strategic responsibilities, ensuring stable operations, accurate documentation, and effective collaboration between various stakeholders and organizations.

• Documented experience in IT operations and management in testing and/or migration environments.

• Experience in operational troubleshooting, incident management, and recovery in server and application environments.

• Experience in operations within virtualized server environments, including Windows Server and relational databases.

• Experience in Linux-based server environments (at least 2-3 years).

• Experience in on-premises IT environments on own hardware.

• Experience in backup and recovery procedures in operational environments.

• Experience working in security-classified or regulated IT environments with documented access, logging, and information security requirements.

• Documented experience in developing and maintaining technical documentation, checklists, and installation and operational instructions.

• Experience in planning, prioritizing, and following up on operational or management activities in environments with multiple parallel stakeholders or sub-projects.

• Experience collaborating with external operations or management organizations in larger IT environments.

• Experience acting as an intermediary between system providers and receiving IT organizations.

• At least three (3) years of experience in operations, management, and/or development of JasperSoft Report Server.

• At least three (3) years of experience in setting up, operating, and managing Microsoft Power BI environments.

• At least five (5) years of experience in IT support within aviation maintenance (MRO), for example in Maintenix or equivalent systems.

• At least three (3) years of experience (in the last eight years) in operations management in IT environments within government operations.

• Structured and methodical

• Independent with a strong sense of responsibility

• Accustomed to working in regulated and security-sensitive environments

• Communicative and confident in coordination roles

• Solution-oriented with strong analytical skills

Start: Immediate start considering notice period. The assignment is full-time and ongoing.
